A majestic Lord Ganesha is seated in the pistil of a lotus. His complexion is the colour of milk, the stance of his legs in keeping with the attitude of a child. Indeed, it is for the childlike innocence and wisdom of this boy-deity that He is the favourite of Hindoos and his parents Shiva-Parvati alike. The chaturbhujadhari (four-armed) Lord is clad in dhoti and angavastram, the hem of the former barely reaching below the knees as is the fashion with little boys in India. His hands, legs, and torso are clad in solid gold ornaments, which complement the glamorous crown on His princely head. The same is studded with precious stones and set off by an embossed halo behind the head. A bejeweled parasol forms the zenith of the composition. The gaze of Lord Ganesha is one of solemnity and profound wisdom. As the son of Lord Shiva, He is omniscient and omnivolent. However, these aspects of His divinity do not lie in contrast with His love of laddoos, one of which sits in the palm of His anterior left hand, nuzzled by the tip of His trunk. Note the row of mice, His cosmic vahana, each holding up to their lord and master a delicious offering of a laddoo.

This Lord Ganesha marble sculpture is an absolute beauty to the eyes, its white color indicates its infinite purity and auspiciousness. Ganesha is the primary god, worshipped as an obstacle remover and a friend of all. Here he sits in Utkutasana on a blooming double lotus chowki with its base decorated at the circumference by a chain of golden-colored mice, happily playing dhapli while looking upwards to their lord.

Chaturbhuja holds his iconic implements in the rear hands and anterior hands hold a laddoo and the other held in abhaya mudra of fearlessness. The pitambara dhoti is tied tight below the paunchy belly and green stole falls down from sides across the shoulders; ornamented extensively in beauteous golds and that realistic expression of his eyes accentuates his deepness and divineness. Zoom in to have a look at the trunk decorated elegantly, postured in a Vedampuri pose, eating laddoo and the unique patterned yellow-orange tilak that glows on his forehead between the high-brows. The exquisite white and gold parasol attached at the top of his throne covers his flower aureole crowned head, decorated with soothing shiny stones. This sculpture is sculpted out of a single piece of marble in absolute smoothness and accurate curves and cuts.
